I supported circa 1100+ clients in 2025, mostly in Ireland, but I did travel to the UK and The Kingdom (Saudi Arabia). This included corporate outplacement projects, working with Government partnerships, supporting 3rd level institutes, as well as private clients
OUTPLACEMENT SUPPORT: I supported 29 client companies across 8 different sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Food, IT, Financial Services | Banking, and Retail. I helped circa 430 employees transitioning to new employment post-redundancy, both 1-1 coaching and workshops
3rd LEVEL | EDUCATION: I worked with 5 education providers, engaging with circa 200+ students, both workshops and career talks (online, onsite)
GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIPS: I facilitated 13 x 1-day workshops for government partnerships, supporting people with disabilities, long term unemployed, and new arrivals to Ireland, a total of circa 130 participants
PRIVATE CLIENTS: Provided 1-1 coaching to circa 200+ private clients, focusing on CV | LinkedIn writing and interview coaching
