I am a Career & Personal Marketing expert. I have 15+ years experience working in Career Coaching, Outplacement, and Recruitment, in the UK & Ireland. I’ve been a successful business owner for the last decade – co-founded Eden Recruitment Ltd in 1999 and founded Measurability (Careers & Outplacement) in early 2006. I have a Degree in Business & Marketing, hold a Diploma in Business Coaching and I have extensive SHL psychometrics training (BPS certified).

I love what I do and I have fun doing it. I am passionate about helping people achieve career goals. My clients will vouch for my energy, passion and my results. I support individuals with 1-1 coaching and workshops. Topics include Career Direction, Personal Branding, Web 2.0, LinkedIn, Twitter, Job Search Strategies, CV Writing and Interview Preparation. I support organisations/3^rd level institutions through outplacement/psychometric testing/workshops/presentations. I don’t know everything, BUT I do know a lot. I have experienced every possible angle of the job market – business owner, recruiter, job seeker, psychometrics provider, hiring manager, interviewer, career/outplacement expert and helped adults returning to education. I combine this knowledge with the proven techniques I used to develop my own businesses. I am a job seeker 24/7 and I pass on my core principle – visibility, creativity and activity.
